Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Allen & Co Electrical, we pride ourselves on high-quality workmanship. Due to the nature of labor and materials involved in electrical work, our policy regarding refunds and cancellations is as follows:

1. Cancellations & Rescheduling

For standard appointments we require at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a call-out fee or cancellation charge to cover our time and travel costs.

2. Goods and Materials

Any electrical parts or materials we supply are covered by Irish consumer law. They must be of merchantable quality, fit for purpose, and as described.

If a part we supplied develops a fault, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the nature of the fault and how much time has passed since installation.

In addition to your statutory rights, many parts come with a manufacturer's warranty. We will assist you in processing these claims where applicable.

3. Deposits

For large installation projects, a deposit may be required to secure scheduling and materials.

4. Statutory Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under Irish Law.
